Small enough that the measurement problem shrinks.

Purchase

Item Price Shipping
13 foot blimp, printed both sides $1,526 $135
5.5 foot sphere $350 $27
Helium fill hose $45 with order

Ongoing

Helium only. About $300 for a 200 cubic foot cylinder locally. A blimp fills for roughly $255 and then costs about $2.50 a day.

There is no monthly fee, no renewal and nothing to cancel. That is why the measurement question is less pressing than it would be for a recurring spend.

The cheapest way to get data

In greater Phoenix and Tucson, rent one for alternating weekends. $247.25 a day for a balloon, $297.25 for a blimp, billed the Monday after, no contract.

Fly it, then do not, then fly it again. Compare. That is an actual experiment for a few hundred dollars rather than a $1,526 commitment made on faith.

Outside that area you would need to buy first, which is a fair reason to be more cautious.

Can you prove it works?

Not to the standard of a click report. We will not pretend otherwise.

What is the best measurement?

Alternating flying and non-flying weekends, over months.

Will a code on the balloon work?

It undercounts badly. Treat it as a floor.

Is there a monthly cost?

No. One purchase, then helium.

Can I test before buying?

In Phoenix and Tucson, yes. Rent alternating weekends.
